摘要
The decrease of the rigidity modulus due to cold working, the so-called ΔG effect, was measured on pure Cu and Cu with 3·3 × 10−2 6·7 × 10−2 and 10 × 10−2 at. % Au respectively, as a function of deformation. The ΔG effect decreases with increasing Au concentration. Starting from simple assumptions, the length and density of dislocations can be estimated from the experimental results as a function of the degree of cold work. © 1968 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
