摘要
The isolation of membranes from lysosomal granules of bovine polymorphonuclear leucocytes is described. The membranes contain a Mg2+ (E.C. 3.6.1.4) and Ca2+-activated ATPase. In order to determine the importance of some drugs and poisons which influence the permeability of the lysosomal membranes for hydrolases, their effect on inhibition of ATPases were tested. The results are discussed in regard to the relation between ATPase function and membrane permeability. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
