摘要
The temporal and spatial distributions of magnesium atoms and magnesium ions in a microplasma produced by laser ablation of copper samples have been measured by laser induced fluorescence. In order to study the influence of the buffer gas the argon pressure in the sample cell was varied. The data are discussed and conclusions are drawn for the elemental analysis by laser ablation of solid samples. © 1990.
