摘要
The effects of aminoglycoside antibiotics on the transport of p-aminohippurate and N-methylnicotinamide was measured in renal cortical slices of male Fischer rats. The p-aminohippurate transport pattern of early stimulation followed by late suppression appears to be characteristic of aminoglycosides which produce overt nephrotoxicity. In this rat model, neomycin is more nephrotoxic than gentamicin, which is more nephrotoxic than tobramycin.
