摘要：
A prospective epidemiological investigation among 1629 blood donors samples in Antananarivo region showed that respectively 7.31 %, 4.37 % and 0 % of them were infected with Treponema pallidum, Hepatitis B and Human immunodeficiency virus. Questioning individuals before collection enables us to eliminate some infected blood donors.
