摘要
The kinetics of the formation of compound I of horseradish peroxidase entrapped in AOT reverse micelles has been studied by pulse radiolysis and stopped-flow methods. It has been found that the rate of the formation of HRP compound I in reverse micelles depends on w(o), regardless of the source of hydrogen peroxide and is up to ten times higher than in homogeneous aqueous solution.
