摘要
Two nonlocal cylindrical models of the collisional drift instability of a weakly ionized plasma are solved numerically and compared with the local slab model. It is shown that the local slab is inadequate in describing how mode stability varies with azimuthal mode number. © 1979 American Institute of Physics.
