摘要
Complex formation between poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) and monosubstituted poly(ethylene glycol)s (PEG*) has been studied in dilute aqueous solutions by potentiometric titration and viscometry. PEGs were prepared by addition of ethylene oxide to various hydroxy derivatives-phenol, p-t-butyl phenol, 1-naphthol, n-octanol and hydroquinone. It has been shown that the stabilities of the polycomplexes (PAA . PEG*) depend on the molecular weight of PEG, on the chemical nature of the "anchor" group and on its position along the polyether chain.
