摘要
A new way to explore the conformation and dynamics of medium-sized molecules in solution has been recently proposed. This powerful quantitative approach is based on the use of a strong off-resonance spin-lock pulse for the mixing period of the classical ROESY scheme. Here several improvements of the method are presented, resulting in an increase of sensitivity and the elimination of undesirable peak distortions. In the last section, several techniques for improving the suppression of water Signal are discussed. (C) 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
