摘要
In Part I (Krüger-Thiemer, 1966) of this series of articles it has been determined how far the multiple-dose concentration curve, resulting from application of the equation for the dose ratio, R*, deviates from the exact plateau effect, if the product of the rate constant for absorption, k01, times the dosage interval, τ, is low. In this article three dosage methods are described, by the use of which the deviation from the exact plateau effect may be largely reduced (method II) or entirely prevented (methods III and IV). This result is achieved by a reduced initial dose, DII*, a reduced second dose, DIII2, or a prolonged first dosage interval, τ*, together with an appropriately increased initial dose, DIV*, respectively. © 1969.
