摘要
Nine recombinants were found amongst 2233 piglets all belonging to 268 informative families and typed for the major histocompatibility complex, SLA. These recombinants have allowed the identification of three loci, two controlling SLA allelic series homologous to H-2D and H-2K, the third the mixed lymphocyte culture reaction. The latter is situated 0.4 cM from the other two loci. Lysostrip and biochemical experiments have confirmed the presence of two allelic SLA series, and indicate that a third series controlling SLA antigens probably exists. © 1979 Springer-Verlag New York Inc.
