摘要
Time-dependent Hartree-Fock (TDHF) calculations are done to study the dynamics of a one-dimensional finite slab colliding with semi-infinite slab. We choose the same two-body interaction as used by Bonche, Koonin and Negele. No bouncing back of the incident slab is observed. There is, however, a backsplash, due to the Fermi motion, that may result in a separation at very high energy. The finite slab is found to penetrate into the semi-infinite in agreement with the exclusion principle effect. The main characteristics of the time development are described in terms of a simple model. In this we consider the flow of points in the phase space of the two slabs. This simple model is substantiated by plots in phase space, obtained by calculating the Wigner function. © 1979.
