THERMOLUMINESCENT CENTER IN X-IRRADIATED NACL-CU+ SINGLE-CRYSTALS

摘要
The TL glow curves of NaCl:Cu+ X-irradiated at room temperature consists of four peaks. Only the first peak at 67°C shows the Cu+ characteristic emission. ESR analysis indicates that this is due to the capture of electrons by substitutional Cu+ ions accompanying cation vacancies at their nnn lattice sites. © 1979.
