摘要
Moss samples of three different species have been analysed for trace elements using TXRF spectrometry. Approximately 20 elements could be determined, with detection limits being typically of the order of 0.2-0.5 mug/g. Accuracy of the results is verified by analysing two standard reference plant materials (NIST 1572 and 1575). Results of the moss samples show strong variations in the pollution with hazardous metals, depending on the type of sampling site. Some samples demonstrate the feasibility of TXRF analysis for the routine monitoring of plant samples.
