摘要：

This reflex will be encountered in a proportion of patients in whom neck dissections are done, and is characterized by a fall in blood pressure and decrease in pulse rate. Treatment consists of either release of the pressure or blocking the reflex by a local anesthetic or the intravenous use of atropine. © 1969 Southern Medical Association.
