摘要
Human IFI-I5K and 6-16genesare transcriptionally stimulated by interferons, double-stranded RNA. and viruses. By screening a cDNA library with oligodeoxynucleotide probes, we have isolated complete copies corresponding to these two genes. These cDNA clones allowed us to localize the IFI-I5K and 6-16 genes on human chromosome I by somatic cell hybridization. © 1990 S. Karger AG, Basel.
