摘要：

1. 3-Aminocarboranes have been prepared using the dicarbadodecarborane(14) dianion-the products obtained by the addition of two electrons to the carborane molecule in liquid ammonia. 2. 3-Aminocarboranes exhibit the properties characteristic of aliphatic and aromatic amines: they form salts with acids, and may be alkylated, acylated and diazotized. 3. 3-Halocarboranes, including 3-fluorocarboranes, have been prepared via the diazonium salts of 3-aminocarboranes. © 1969.
