摘要
Synthetic band profiles are constructed and compared with the experimental spectra of shock heated AlO to estimate the importance of self-absorption on the emission of the blue-green system. The variation of the electronic transition moment is determined and relative band strengths are calculated. The dependence of the results on the potential model chosen for the Franck-Condon factors is investigated and discussed. © 1969.
