摘要：

Plum pox (sharka) virus was identified in two young cv. Italian Prune plum trees. Graft transmission to peach seedlings caused chlorotic vein banding and ‘corkscrew’ twisting of the leaves. Cheno‐podium foetidum and Nicotiana clevelandii plants were infected by sap inoculation, and the virus was transmitted from N. ctevelandii to N. clevelandii by Myzuspersicae.
