摘要
Stabilization of an FET-type glucose sensor was investigated by using the thermophilic enzyme glucokinase combined with an electrochemical polymerization method to immobilize the enzyme. It was first shown that the glucose sensor is able to determine the glucose concentration at the range 5-1000 mg/dl with a high selectivity for glucose. Then the high temperature characteristics of the sensing system were investigated and it was shown that a stable response is expected at elevated temperatures as high as 80 °C. As the FET amplifier, a depletion-mode MOS structure was successfully applied for the stabilized operation up to 95 °C in an electrolyte solution. © 1990.
