摘要：

From measurement of thickness and steric hindrance of adsorbed layers of PVA in model experiments we draw some conclusions on the structure of these layers and their influence of emulsion stability. We investigated the influence of the length of macromolecules, the nature of disperse phase and the composition of dispersion medium on these parameters. © 1979 Dr. Dietrich Steinkopff Verlag.
