摘要
A design for an electrochemical cell with well characterized mass-transport conditions having a primary current distribution similar to that of the Hull cell is proposed. The cell is a rotating cylinder electrode with the counterelectrode placed near one end. Optimal dimensions for the cell are obtained by numerical analysis based on a boundary element method, and practical design considerations are discussed.
