摘要
It is found that almost all positrons thermalized in Ni fine particles of mean diameters of 100 Å and 300 Å escape from the particles without annihilating with electrons inside the particles. In Ni fine particles of mean diameter 1000 Å about one-half of the positrons annihilate with electrons inside the particles and the other half annihilate from trapped surface states. © 1979.
