摘要
In order to clarify proton behavior in SrCeO3-based oxides, we determined equilibrium proton concentration using thermogravimetric analysis at high temperature and investigated the dependence of proton concentration on dopant content. Proton concentration increased with increasing dopant content. The mobility of proton estimated from proton conductivity and proton concentration in the specimens was independent of dopant content. The activation energy for proton transport was 0.62 eV.
