摘要：

A comparison was made between dose-response curves of barium chloride, adrenaline, acetylcholine, histamine and 5-hydroxy try ptamine in the isolated rat vas deferens. It was observed that the last four drugs, although being full agonists produce maximum contractions which are smaller than the total contractile ability of the organ. These effects were expressed through a ratio (ρ) which indicates the relative responsiveness of each specific receptor system. The results were discussed in relation to the occupation theory of mode of drug action. © 1969 S. Karger AG, Basel.
