摘要
EXAFS at the K edges of Zn and Se in crystalline ZnSe has been measured in the temperature range 77-300 K. The temperature dependence of the second cumulant of the distance distribution of Zn and Se in the first two coordination shells has been determined from the EXAFS amplitude analysis and fitted using the Einstein and Debye correlated models.
