摘要
A very sensitive and reproducible method for measuring alloxan in biological fluids is described in detail. Alloxan is allowed to react with 1,2-phenylenediamine in an isotonic medium at pH 4.00. Cells, if present, are separated by centrifugation. The product formed is measured by its fluorescence at 485 mμ. The present method is considerable more sensitive then those published previously. © 1969.
