摘要
The substructure of Ni3Mo resulting from ordering consists of anti-phase boundaries and twins. The quenched-in FCC phase exhibits short range order of the same type as in Ni4Mo. The short range order can be destroyed by irradiation. The transition from the FCC stacking to the ordered pseudo-hexagonal stacking (orthorhombic) is presumably a shear transformation as can be deduced from the orientation relationship. The stacking fault energy is small in the FCC + NiMo phase, as can be concluded from the presence of large extended nodes. © 1969.
