摘要
A 'sedimentable' adenylate cyclase has been found in the roots of Ricinus communis plantlets. The enzymatic activity is stimulated by MnCl2, NaF and GTP. The results obtained constitute the first report of a higher plant adenylate cyclase requiring GTP.
