TOKAMAK TRANSPORT DRIVEN BY QUASI-NEUTRALITY AND HELICAL ASYMMETRY

摘要
A Monte Carlo theory of transport in tokamaks is presented that replaces Ohm's law by quasineutrality as the rule to determine the electric field. Bifurcated equilibria with three-dimensional asymmetry are calculated to define the magnetic field. After the electron confinement time is brought into line with the ion confinement time, both agree suprisingly well with experimental data.
