摘要
The effects of several micellar and aqueous-organic media on the fluorescence of the 3-hydroxyflavone-triphenyltin complex are reported. The relationship between emission intensity and experimental variables was studied in order to establish a spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of triphenyltin in a micellar medium of Triton X-100. Linear calibration graphs were obtained in the ranges 0.1-10, 5-120 and 50-400 mug l-1 Sn as triphenyltin. The detection limit was 0.07 mug l-1. The stoichiometric composition of the complex was determined to be 1:1, with log K(f) = 7.0. The solid-phase extraction of triphenyltin from sea water with C18 cartridges was studied. The breakthrough volume was greater than 11. Elution profiles with methanol and a solution of 3-hydroxyflavone in methanol were obtained. A concentration factor of up to 100 was achieved.
