摘要：

Entomophthora aquatica sp. n. is a pathogen of larvae and pupae of Aedes canadensis (Theobald) and larvae of Culiseta morsitans (Theobald). A description of the fungus, symptoms of the infection, and the histopathology of the diseased hosts are presented. The life cycle of E. aquatica and the possibilities of culturing it are discussed in relation to its potential as a microbial control agent. © 1969.
