摘要
A model correlating ionic conductivity to short-range order in fluorite-type anion excess solid solutions is proposed. It is based on the composition dependence of the number of the fluoride ions appearing to account for the long-range motions. The validity of this generalized clustering process model is checked by F-19 NMR and/or neutron diffraction investigations.
