摘要
A spectrophotometric method has been established for the determination of urinary protein with o-sulfophenylfluorone(SPF)Ti(IV) complex. This method can be used to determine up to about 300 pg /10 ml of human serum albumin(HSA). Results obtained by the present method and the pyrogallol red-Mo(VI) method agree with each other in urinary proteins. The binding process between SPF-Ti(IV) complex and NSA is studied by determining the binding parameters, the thermodynamic parameters and so on.
