摘要
1. 1. On the heart of the mollusc Tapes watlingi acetylcholine produces cardiac inhibition, and in the presence of benzoquinonium, cardiac excitation. 2. 2. The excitation consists of a positive inotropic effect which is often associated with a negative chronotropic effect. 3. 3. Acetylcholine still induces cardiac excitation in the presence of several techniques shown to produce denervation". 4. 4. It is concluded that the acetylcholine-induced excitation is a direct effect on the heart muscle and is independent of any nerve supply. © 1969."
