摘要
A simplified relation for the loss of a dissolved constituent in an estuary is derived. The relation is applicable to steady state, one dimensional, tidal averaged conditions. Caution should be exercised in its use as well as in the measurement procedures and the interpretation of measurements of dissolved constituents, for such simplifications may not be appropriate requiring more complex estuarine hydrodynamic effects to be considered. © 1979.
