摘要
The present work deals with studying the possibilities of using compound structure oxide crystals for calorimetry. The most real way, in this respect, is the modification of already well-known scintillators, for example BGO or the quest for new ones. In this respect, monocrystals of structure oxides doped with rare-earth elements have a number of advantages.
