摘要
Progress in the development of solar modules of the n-i-p CdS/CdTe/ZnTe structure is reported. By a combination of laser and mechanical scribing steps, several submodules were produced on 3 in × 6 in substrates. Results of the indoor stability tests show that the submodules are stable after 1500 h of exposure. © 1990.
