摘要
Mössbauer effect measurements of the hyperfine interaction in Eu metal were used to study the behavior of its sublattice magnetization in the vicinity of the magnetic transition temperature. At T = 88.5°K the h.f. field falls from 0.4 of saturation to zero. This can be explained by the existence of a first order transition coincident with the magnetic ordering. © 1969.
