摘要
An automatic ammonia method has been developed that can be used for samples throughout the salinity range of 0 to 35% S (standard deviation 2.4%). The method has a reproducibility of about 1.3% at the 5 μM NH4+ level and a low detection limit (< 0.01 μM NH4+). © 1979.
