摘要
The dispersive plug flow mathematical model derived in the previous paper has been applied to experimental data obtained in model cells. Even though the results are approximate it is shown that the local mixing environment close to an electrode, and the segregation of the wall layer from the core flow, are dependent upon a number of operating variables, one of which is the direction of flow. The insight gained can be used to explain the distribution of products in a number of electrosynthetic reactions. © 1979 Chapman and Hall Ltd.
