摘要
A 64 cell low-energy electron tracking detector with multiwire drift tubes operating in the Geiger mode and filled with helium is described. Low radioactive materials have been used to build the detector. Data corresponding to 5619 hours in the Frejus Underground Laboratory are presented. Conclusions are drawn for the possibility of using such a detector for a double beta decay experiment.
