摘要
A Low Temperature Scanning Tunneling Microscope (LT-STM) has been constructed to study the microscopic properties of superconductors. It has atomic resolution from room temperature to 4.2 K. Conductance spectra obtained between a Pt tip and a NbN thin film agreed well with theoretical curves based on the BCS theory.
