摘要
I accurately calculate local resistance (which relates the local voltage V to a conserved total current I) and nonlocal conductivity (which relates the current density to V, and thus to I). I reduce them to the equilibrium properties of a resistor. The formulas are valid for arbitrary dimensionality, scattering, external magnetic field, resistor boundaries, and leads.
