摘要
The apparatus enables continuous flow through a slowly rotating coiled tube in a centrifugal force field to provide fractional sedimentation of particles or cells in a suspension. The potential capability of this scheme was demonstrated by the separation of a mixture of human and sheep erythrocytes. © 1979.
