摘要
A procedure has been developed for the determination of iridium based on measuring the luminescence intensity of the lr(lll)-[2,2ʹ,2ʹʹ-terpyridine] chelate. It has been applied (spectrofluorometrically) to the concentration range 2 to 20 ppm iridium with an accuracy and precision of ±5%. Ruthenium and rhodium are the major interferences among the other Group VIII metals. A study and discussion of several factors which affect the chelate and its reactions are included. © 1969, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
