摘要
The structure and the optical properties of polycrystalline WO3 and MoO3 thin films prepared by chemical vapor deposition were determined. The electrochromic characteristics of these films and of WO3-MoO3 mixed oxide films were investigated using protons as inserting ions. The presence of molybdenum in WO3 films not only shifts the maximum absorption peak towards the higher energies but also improves the electrochromic performances of these films.
