摘要
A very stable 1.8ps pulse train at 20GHz was successfully obtained at a wavelength of 1.55 mu m From a regeneratively modelocked erbium-doped fibre laser. The output pulses were compressed to as short as 172fs by using a dispersion-decreasing erbium-doped fibre amplifier.
