摘要
The diffraction contrast in transmission electron microscopy for non‐diffracting inclusions in a diffracting matrix not distorted around the inclusion is calculated on the basis of the two‐beam dynamical theory. The normal and anomalous absorption in the matrix and the normal absorption in the inclusion are taken into account. The computed intensity profiles are given for several values of the parameters, i.e. foil thickness, deviation from the Bragg condition, inclusion thickness, inclusion position, absorption coefficients of matrix and inclusion.
