摘要
The graphite-like nature of the current paths in metal-insulator-metal devices has recently been identified by tunnelling spectroscopy and noise measurements. This and its consequences reveal a better understanding of the properties of electro-formed metal-insulator-metal diodes. © 1990 Taylor & Francis Ltd.
